Dr. Kalpathy B. Sundaram is currently a Professor at the University of Central Florida College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He serves as Counselor for the IEEE UCF Student Branch. Dr. Sundaram received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, India. His research interests include thin films and microelectronics device processing, optoelectronic materials and devices, chemial mechanical polishing, micromachining, electrochemical etching of silicon and Power MOSFET fabrication and testing..
